This company really backs their products, and their customer service team does an excellent job. My set arrived missing some pieces and they were quick to respond and replace the parts.

Excellent product, well made, kids love!

We bought a deluxe set for our 7yr old for Christmas and she loves it. The major downside is that we need another deluxe set for some builds and they're not cheap!! They do stay together well, relatively easy to build, and my kid loves them, as have any other kids that come to visit. We also received excellent customer service when one short yellow tube was missing from out set. It was mailed out to us very quickly and without hassle. My recommendation here is to check that you do have all the pieces first!
