I had questions about my sunglasses upon arrival , tried reaching out to the company at their recommended customer service email (the only way to reach the company as noted on their website) and tried several times- and I NEVER heard back any reply , completely ignored. They should remove any fake reference to customer service if they choose to ignore customer feedback or questions. This was a huge disappointment when my questions could have probably been easily solved. Buyer beware.
