0/5 stars if it were possible. Glasses too small and a non existent customer service department.
I bought the Lennox glasses as a gift for my brother. The arms do not extend far enough for them to sit on his ears. I tried them on as well and they don’t reach my ears either.
I contacted Roav support email to initiate a return and they have ghosted me. I’m assuming it’s because they have a 7 day return policy and they will wait until that time has passed to say I can longer get a refund.
