Terrible Shipping and Never in Stock

This is the second time I've ordered from cozy earth and both times packages have been lost. When I go to reorder the item, it is then out of stock. There's always "nothing they can do" so I either have to order a different item or get a refund. This is incredibly disappointing because the actual product is good, but only if you actually receive it.

Defect

I just purchased this shirt in gray and when I received it, it had a strong chemical smell that hasn’t gone away with several washes. I’ve also washed in on delicate / cold, and the color is becoming splotchy. I have it in green and it’s much better. It’s my favorite sleep shirt but this one is not good.

Again, disappointed with them being made in China. With the high price of your products, I was expecting them to be made in the USA.
