Poor first time experience

I was sent the incorrect product, and per your representative, you will not ship the correct product until you receive the original item back. I shipped it back a week ago and still have not heard anything or received the product I was already billed for. I don’t think it’s appropriate for me to have an extended wait for my product due to your error.
