Have been using this machine now for a few weeks and I absolutely love it. I am a wheelchair user and this has given me the ability to do a work out in front of my tv in the comfort of my home like an able bodied person can. Finally I don’t have to just go outside pushing around to burn calories. The seat slides right off and I roll up to it and lock my wheels in place. My wife puts the seat back on when she wants to bike.

Great machine, I like that I can adjust it properly to fit me. I like that I can vary the exercises with hills etc.
