Nice candle, but embarrassing appearance as a gift

I replied 4 days ago with my complaint, but apparently nobody read it. So, I will paste it here, after another 4 days: Dear TLC Candle Co., Today I received the candle. Thank you for the quick delivery. To my dismay, although seemingly packaged well, the tin the candle is in was dented in numerous places.
