When I am out for extended periods (weeks away from shore) ready hour is the entirety of my food stores. I eat it and have only been dissapointed with the Alfredo. But I detest Alfredo anyway. Hey, get busy on those mild Mexican chorizo crumbles. Thats what the scrambledegg mixture is for. Breakfast burritos. Its all good. No refrigeration needed and my dog helps me with any left overs.
