Miele White Star Dusting Brush

I read on the page this brush had natural bristles, so I inquired when I called whether the bristles were soft. I was disappointed when it arrived to find it was exactly like the brush I already had, whose bristles I thought were too harsh and scratched things. I had hoped it would be the same as the brush, now worn out, which had VERY SOFT bristles. I don't know if that brush was what came with the vacuum cleaner when I bought it, or something I purchased separately. The new brush is not a total disappointment, however, I had damaged theold brush I had when I was using the vacuum and moving some furniture and it would rotate as I tried to use it. This one works correctly!
