There was some snafu regarding shipping stating addreas undeliverable. I contacted customer service and Natasha was promptly very helpful. Turns out i received a notification for someone else in a different country. I recievedy order the following day. Fortunatly, i was able to contact Natasha in time to avoid a duplicate order being sent. In the end, I recieved my good quality, reasonably priced straps in a timley manner. While it turns out I didn’t need customer service at all, my interaction with Zuludiver was promp, courteous, professional, and resolved my (non existent) issue fully. 👍👍

Great strap for my King Seiko. So comfortable that I barely know it’s there at times. Won’t be my last one either. If they made a 19mm one in a blue to match my Seiko SLA039 (hint, hint) I’d buy it straight away too.

Great tropic strap. Soft rubber with a beautiful stainless steel buckle. Only company I buy from.
