This company is a fantastic company to work with. I ordered a Jake E Lee pickguard and on arrival, which was also quick in shipping and transport, the guard had a defect. I took pictures and emailed the company, Sergio contacted me the next day with the answer.. we are very sorry for the inconvenience and a new scratch plate will be sent out today with extra caution taken on packing.. The pickguard arrived today and was in fantastic condition. Great company, great service, great merchandise, awesome customer service.. win , win in all areas… highly recommended.
