Shirts way too small

All the shirts I purchased were medium. They barely fit. On top of that one of them had a hole in the arm pit.

My t-shirts came out nice and fit perfectly

From the website to delivery, everything was easy least (except for choosing what I wanted). Most importantly the fit is true to size.
