My Favorite Instant

I've tried quite a few craft instant coffees and this one is my favorite at the moment. Some tend to have a sour note that I'll overlook if they're generally good, but this one doesn't so it tops the list for me. It's great to have a really good instant on hand when a pourover or Chemex is too much work in the morning.
