Beautiful piece of jewelry but too short a bar for this stage of healing

I was getting an irritation bump on the inside of my medusa piercing because the bar was so long. Recieved this one and went to my local peircer to have it switched out. Unfortunately the bar was too short to fit in my piercing right now due to the bump and some residual swelling (I ordered the longest bar available). The piercer said it's a gorgeous piece of jewelry and is well made with being internally threaded. Hopefully will be able to wear it in the future!
