Amazing in salads, perfect for summer

Love this cheese!
Comfort food for me. Very fresh and mild, Good on its own and also delicious crumbled on a mixed salad. A good crusty bread with slices of this cheese on top and lightly drizzled with your truffle honey makes a memorable light meal. Just add a glass of wine!
