Provolone Piccante Auricchio Cheese

Too strong tasting for me.

I am glad I tried it but I didn’t like the taste or aroma. However it was enjoyed by friends who are Provolone fans and they tell me that it’s a really good cheese.

I should have ordered a bigger piece.
