Brookfield - Masonry & Prefab Fireplace Glass Doors | Custom

We ordered a flush fireplace glass door with screens. We sent along the measurements and a photograph. It arrived quickly and is perfect. The fit is excellent, the product is easy to install, and it’s beautiful. Exactly what we wanted. Follow up and customer service from this company is excellent. Highly recommend!

A couple of things: 1. They say about 3 wks to deliver. More like 5+ 2. The “options” available for my cover include a draft for $75. Apparently my choice of cover has a draft built into the sides and does need the added draft option which was recommended when I spoke to sales on the phone. Why does the website allow selection of an option that is not valid? And why did I need to send an email to customer service to point out that they owed me a refund given I added the option on my order? 3. The packaging was good. The box arrived and looked fine however once unpacked there was a shard of glass from one of the door edges left in the box. The sliver was from the edge and appears to be from the pack out at the factory vs the carrier or transit. It’s not noticeable so I did not make an issue of it - but sort of annoying they didn’t pack carefully enough. Bottom line : They had the best price online and I am very happy with the product but be careful with this vendor.

Absolutely beautiful new front to our existing fireplace. Well built and would buy again!
