New collecting plates fixed the crackle

Had been making crackling sounds since we bought it and eventually gave an error code. They replaced the plates under warranty and works perfectly now. Thanks.

I love the two X5 units in my home that I have for two years. I put one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Always very clean air in my home. The best part is I don't need to buy any filters just clean them. I am so glad I bought two X5 when I did in 2020 when covid started going around. It cleaned all the particles and all viruses out the air in my home. Great products.

I have 2 of these filters at my office, they run great! Great after sales service and replacement under warranty a noisy plate. I will be buying more of these.
