Great Machine

Here are my highlights: 1) Great product, nice construction, nice packaging for shipment, nice modifications performed as requested (color and window) 2) Soul Ceramics staff are super helpful and nice; quick reponses and follow-ups to questions; Would recommend using Soul Ceramics to anyone else I know looking for a kiln Here are negatives 1) Delivery took longer than expected BUT I ordered at a busy time (Christmas) and I had a custom order. None of this is to blame on Soul Ceramics as they kept me updated weekly on the status and follow-up when I asked about the shipping delay.

Great Kiln

Gets up to temp(1400) in 20 minutes and holds it perfectly. It doesn’t swing above the set temp and works great. Very pleased.

Shipping was fast for this item.I was really impressed with the lead-time because it was just as this company said” 8 weeks “ I have yet to use my new kiln.
