Oliver Left-Handed

A few months ago I purchased the Morgan and love it. It is comfortable to play with beautiful sound. So, when I saw the Oliver I decided to buy it too. The Morgan is acoustic-electric while the Oliver is a straight acoustic. Both are great for what I need.

Fantastic guitar

Purchased the lefthanded Oliver mahogany guitar VS a bigger name brand guitar for the following. 1. It was a lefthanded mahogany guitar. 2. Priced in my price range. 3. Professionally recommended as a good guitar for the cost. 3. I respected Orangewood outlook and company after reading how they do business. 4. Fast service to my order. Very well packed. 5. The sound out of the box was excellent. 6. Very little needed to be done to bring the Oliver up to my needs. New lighter Ernie Ball strings installed. Lowered the action at the bridge. Reset the stress bar to my liking. 7. The Oliver is now my #1 favorite practice guitar. Full rich sound. Perfect action on the neck. No obvious construction issues. Very very nice guitar. I’d recommend the Oliver and the Orangewood Company to any one. It’s not just a starter guitar, it’s much more than that.

Worth every penny and then some

Guitar is beautiful and plays well. Frets are clean with no sharp edges. Action is slightly high, and the strings are a little heavy for me but I usually change them anyway. I only wish they made it with electronics for leftys.
