Brilliant, lovely product, very speedy service. The only thing I would say is it needs to really highlighted that you need the 500 degree gloves/tool somewhere on your website. Other than that all is great thank you.

We have cooked steaks on the grill. We also cooked Shrimp, Scallops, Lobster Tail and Tuna. Both meals were excellent. When we received the set, the bamboo board had a significant crack. I emailed customer service, and they asked if I could send a photo. I did, and a new board arrived the next day. Wow! What phenomenal customer service. We couldn’t be happier with the product and customer service.
