My PupFlask is flawed. It has a pinhole leak at the base. I tried to work with your customer service; even sent them a video with the water spewing out, but that wasn't good enough. They wanted a single photograph. Prior to this purchase, I researched to find the unit for my dogs which I thought would be the best. Now, by value of my time, I have spent more time than this unit is worth, and the issue is not resolved. I expected your company to have immediately replaced the unit and get the flawed one back so you could determine the problem in your manufacturing process.
