It's the right stuff. However, you might find the taste to be a little pit off if you are not used to such supplements. In addition, it might leave a tangling effect on your tounge, but it's not a big deal. Start easy with little dosages, the increase them as you get used to them. My request to the Bulk Supplements team is to keep this product in its pure form without any additional ingredients whatsoever. Thank you for the great efforts.
