Buying bulk for many supplements provides a significant savings. much of them, L-Carnitine included dose at very small amounts; 1/5 TSP. I decided to purchase empty capsules, the tool kit, and a capsule assembly kit for 24 capsules. Once the time and money spent to put the powders in capsules enables these supplements to more easily and accurately be ingested. Some other colored supplement powders like berberine are a nightmare to deal with when capsulating and are very difficult to swallow in chalk powder form, and time wise, well worth the extra cost to buy in capsules.
