My father is a honey enthusiast, yes there is such a thing. He has tried some of the top shelf honeys but he always returns back to the Organic Leather wood Honey from Tasmania. It's got a bit more of a punch then others, but it's smooth, silky and very floral. It also doesn't crystallise quick like some others. Not that it lasts in the cupboard long enough anyhow😄 He and our family have been enjoying this honey for years. He bought a whole box full and gave them out as presents to his social group. Now everyone is loving it! He bought a one kilo jar for himself and 400g squeeze bottle as gifts but he said he would buy the squeeze bottle next time for convenience.
