Hug in a Mug

I purchased a 'Hug in a Mug' as a gift for a family member. The gift arrived but did not have the correct mug as they did not have any in stock. I contacted the company via email and explained the reason I ordered that mug specifically not expecting any reply but I was so surprised when they did reply. They were so understanding and even went the extra mile and sent another mug out with some of their wonderful biscuit. My family member is now also shopping with this company as the teas a beautiful.
