Surely the big stud

I bought a typical stud @ 1/2” from another site and it hadn’t lasted a full road trip with a 102” whip, it stripped right out. This super heavy duty stud, from right channel radio, @ 3/4” really gives some stability for the 102”. Thanks

Mounting clarification

I made my own bracket to mount this, so It would have been nice to have some mounting instructions with the stud. I did figure it out but it took a minute Information like the size of hole needed to mount, How tight the stud should be tightened
