Good Product - Order Process Needs Work

My experience with this order was not very good. When I originally ordered I gave the incorrect address and once I realized I called back correcting the address. The person I spoke to took the new information, indicated the information would be immediately sent to shipping and a confirmation email sent to me. Never heard from anyone and had to phone again to get the order going. 3 stars because the people I spoke with were very nice but only 3 stars because the follow through was lacking .... I had tasted this product at a Preparedness Fair and the item was very good.
