I didn't try it by itself, but added it to a powdered plant protein and it blended well and added the flavor and thickness I was after. The best part, is I've had wey protein that only lasted a year and a half, so ten years in a metal can that rodents can't get to, it a super useful product, because it defies time, nature, and predators.

Great taste and value

The cans that we just received are for long term storage. Since there are only two of us, we have been using the pouches of this product.
