Beautiful book with beautiful food

My husband has a leaky gut, but I love to cook! All of the other recipe books Ive read seem dull and sad and depriving. This was so different. Every recipe is beautiful interesting and delicious. They were a pleasure to make and I kept learning new things. Definitely a style of cooking that is well suited to Sunday planning and prep as these are not 30 min meals. It’s a great resource for those who want healthy and delicious and are willing to put in the effort to make a life change.
