Gut Primer was great to take while healing my gut. The flavor is incredible for a health powder. Good on it’s own and also in smoothies. I could see a difference in my nails which is a good indicator that I was absorbing better. I purchased with the gut health book and am blown away. The recipes are SO GOOD. I am now in stage 2 and feeling so much better. And according to my fitbit my resting heart rate went from 62 (after overindulging over the holidays) to 48 in just 3 weeks of following the gut health plan about 80% of the time. This is such a testament to the reduction of inflammation and how well my body is loving these recipes and gut primer powder!
