Brew tea went out of their way to help me with my order, which was very well packed and arrived quickly. The tea pot is lovely and has been much admired.

Delighted with our teapot, super easy to use and clean, but more so the service from Brew Tea’s Team Awesome (their customer service gang). I’d ordered a hamper for 2 but when the yellow double pot was unavailable they’d sent 2 singles, I emailed to let them know I’d rather have waited until in stock (though appreciate they were trying to do the next best thing) and Mariam managed to find a pot in a different colour to offer me which arrived the next day. It looks great - yellow and black theme going on like a bee 🐝😀

The best teapot by far

I already have a teapot for one, and this teapot is my second teapot for two, after I very carelessly broke the last one. It not only makes a perfect cup of tea, but an ideal amount too. The tea gets a good chance to brew properly and maintains its temperature, ensuring the best flavour. When I broke my last one I was in no doubt that I wanted exactly the same teapot. Brew Tea have exceptional customer service and products. I am a loyal subscription customer of many years, and I buy a wide variety of teas and I own a lot of kit. I can't recommend them and their products highly enough. I have had a couple of other teapot designs, but they don't work nearly as well. Get yourself a Brew Tea teapot and you definitely won't regret it.
