Barbara Super Skinny

I really wanted to love these because Hudson used to be my go-to brand, but I’m disappointed. The Barbara High-Rise Super Skinny in black (size 28) fits comfortably in the waist, but the fabric lacks structure and stretches out quickly — especially in the front and seat area. After just a couple wears, they start to lose that sculpted, polished look. For the price point, I expected thicker, more substantial denim with better recovery. Instead, the material feels thinner and doesn’t hold its shape throughout the day. The high-rise cut is flattering, but the overall quality doesn’t match what Hudson used to deliver. At this price, I expect longevity and strong fabric retention — and these didn’t meet that standard.
