It's not as fussy as some other varieties of non standard summer squash, and less worry of a gluttonous bounty to pawn off on friends and neighbors. Stuffed with spicy rice and baked they're a nice lunch box side dish.

Very disappointed when order arrived. I specifically wanted Ronde de Nice summer squash not round zucchini. I have had both and there is a huge difference. I saw the 'de Nice' in the product listing and assumed it was Ronde de Nice (my mistake). However, when I did a google search for Round de Nice it asked if I meant Ronde de Nice, which suggests to me that there may not be a legitimate Round de Nice squash. No more ordering from this company for me.
