Fantastic customer service - beautiful necklace

I ordered this beautiful necklace as a Christmas present. The original package got lost in the post so I contacted betty and biddy and they sent another, within 2 days I received it. Excellent customer service! Beautiful necklace with lovely packaging. Would highly recommend.
