Orange balm from seed
I only used half a packet - these were planted late and in the hot summer we just had so I was hedging my bets. The seeds are very tiny and slower to start; but several seedlings sprouted at the same time. They made strong, healthy seedlings and no problem with mildew etc. These are likely strong enough to make it through winter in a sheltered space and their roots should pick up in spring. While the leaves were young they had a delightful orange scent and when the plants are old enough I look forward to using leaves to make tea. Highly recommended for a new taste in your tea garden.
