customer service is stunning.

Initially, I received the wrong color caps. Customer service responded promptly with a pre-paid return mailing label and said new ones are shipping out immediately. I also had a problem with the fit for my true 6x6 posts. Emailed them about the issue, and a very kind and helpful customer service person took the time to call me, truly above-average customer service. We discussed the issue and found the fix. I'm very impressed with Classy Caps. I received the correct ones quickly. The caps are metal, unlike cheaper plastic ones I've bought, and feel solid. Picture shows the new cap fitting perfectly over the post in the other picture.
