Pleasantly surprised

As a first time customer, I was a bit, unsure, however, my tree arrived in great condition. Best of all I had several questions about my purchase and spoke with an expert gardener through the customer service and was very impressed with his knowledge on the topic of my tree and many other plants, he also seemed very knowledgeable about roses. I will absolutely order again.

Healthy tree

The plum tree arrived healthy and taller than I expected. It was packaged well and is doing great! I appreciate the little extras Brighter Blooms does such as labeling all trees with a weather-proof tag and attaching a support pole. I ordered trees (8 total) from another company. All came at the same time. Only 2 were labeled (hand written on the box) and none have a support. Now, I have 6 trees that I have no clue what they are! Thanks for taking the extra time and care to provide excellent service, Brighter Blooms!

Great service

Received the plum tree and was in great condition! Delivery delayed but was advised of such via email. Great communication throughout. Will definitely order from them again!
