I had a great experience with the customer service team. When they saw my mixed review they immediately offered to replace the strap. It took us a while to ship it to them, and the turnaround wasn't instant from them, but they are a small team making these by hand, so why would anyone expect it to be lightning-fast? They were responsive throughout, and the USPS tracking was very helpful. No complaints with these wonderful people! I will be happy to support this business again. Original review: (3 stars) The strap is very beautiful and comfortable. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is that the edge of the strap along one edge became unglued/unsealed. This isn’t a critical problem because it is sewn together, but cosmetically it looks bad, and it shouldn’t have happened within two weeks of receiving it.
