Strap broke within minutes

I think I own 4 OLPR Apple Watch bands and 2 wallets. Quality of those items has been top notch. So I was really surprised when the strap on this watch band (part of a bogo offer) snapped within 30 minutes of putting it on for the first time. In addition, order fulfillment took about a month with no communication from OLPR. That was also unusual. That said, the band is in process of being replaced. It’s a beautiful band so I’m hoping the next one holds up for a while.
