Excellent handle, decent wedge

I ordered 2 handles figuring I would ruin the first one. The instructions for how far to seat the hammer head is not very clear and I needed to break one of the wooden wedges from the head flying off to learn that I needed to seat it to the very far end of the straight section of handle.

At long last

I spent days trying to find the proper handle for my wife’s tack hammer Beaver Tooth has a great web site with accurate descriptions that led me to the correct handle for my application. The product arrived in good time and was well made. I am so glad I ordered more than 1 for the next time the wife flys off the handle
