I am so glad I invested in a red/NIR light therapy lamp. I use it every evening before I go to bed because it’s very relaxing and reduces inflammation which helps me to get a good night’s sleep.

I think it is great! A friend bought a large panel for £500 and she said that we must not eat for 2 hours before and 2 hours after using the panel. Does that apply to the small panel that I have as well? It did not mention that in my instruction pamphlet. Looking forward to hearing from you. Do you stock the LED pad?
