The wrong plug

I received my DERMA RED P600 on August 19 with the wrong plug. There is a mention on your website: ”Voltage: 100-240V (Works Worldwide. Supplied with a plug suitable for your location) ” I live in Finland. However, I was sent a plug that is used in England. I sent a message about this on 20 August 2024 via your contact-support website, but I still haven't received the right plug or no response.

Love it

Great quality light. So relaxing to sit in front of. Only been using for a number of weeks so not really noticed huge benefits yet, but definitely seems to reduce muscle soreness when 8 I use after working out. Just just spending time in front of the light getting a gentle heat is so relaxing.
