Incredible Flavor!

We LOVE the Bourbon Cask Balsamic Vinegar. Back in the 80's, I worked for Williams-Sonoma and got my first taste of balsamic vinegar with them. Chuck Williams told us to try it on strawberries?!? I am now addicted to that combination. Queen Creek Olive Mill's Bourbon Cask Balsamic Vinegar is truly amazing. It makes that stuff at the grocery stores seem terrible. Deep, rich flavor that is more sweet than sour. Goes great with a salad, mixed with a bit of oil for bread dipping, mixed with a few other ingredients for a marinade for chicken, elk, venison, beef. We highly recommend it.
