great content, very worth buying

At first I had my doubts, but as soon as I began seeing the level of teaching and the practicality of having it all taped so I could rewatch the technique over and over just convinced me that this is one of the best ways to sharpen your judo. As a judo teacher myself, seeing theone of the greats of judo sharing tiny little details of his favourite techniques is priceless. I have already taught my students the iliadis seoi nage for example. Now by saying all of this doesn't mean that you will become iliadis, but it gives you great additions to your game, at least they did with mine. I will defenitely buy again :)
