Silver queen corn
I have grown corn for many years and never had a worm problem. We lived in North GA, but now live in north central Florida, the corn grew well, but we had a worm problem from the time it started. We used liquid Sevin a few times, but still had problems, but the corn we did get was really good. I don’t know if it makes a difference, but we live by peanut fields which are planted in a no till method. But any suggestions for next year, like a pretreatment process. We turn the soil in the winter. Any help would be appreciated. Gardening is a lot different from GA to Florida.
