Atocha Jewelry - Large Pieces of 8 Silver Coin with Date Pendant

I've been interested in the wreck of the Atocha. This is a beautiful piece and I love that it has the date on it. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to make this purchase. Very pleased.

I am on a Pirate Krewe in the Tampa Bay Florida Area. I saw these and decided to get one since our Krewe is names from one of the Gallions in the Atocha Armada. this will be a beautiful addition to my Pirate garb when with the Krewe of the Santa Margarita. It is nicer in person than the pictures give it credit.

Your ad portrayed this as a piece from the Atocha. Reality is that is has "some" silver melted from a silver ingot from the Atocha and is actually a newly cast reproduction coin. It still is a nice piece but it is for all purposes, a brand new coin, not a coin from the Atocha. Read the ad carefully folks.
