Over the top customer service
I received three of their candles as a gift for Christmas and they were amazing. Sometimes you get a candle home and the fragrance is underwhelming. These are the best candles I've ever had. I ordered several for myself and when the package got lost in the mail they sent me another one no charge. I love supporting small businesses for this reason. I will be up forever long customer and sing their praises to all my friends.
