Perfect reduced sodium Miso

Great quality and taste!

To make Miso soup, mixing two different type of miso makes better taste. This Koji miso and any type of red miso would be a perfect match! Try it :) Also, this Koji miso is perfect to make a miso salad dressing. You can put the miso (very thin layer) between sliced cucumbers and eat them!
