Great explination of techniques

Each technique is shown and explained that is easy to understand. I have been trying the 2 on 1 for a while, after watching, I saw where I was going wrong and now to put those fixes into action.

I've been using this instruction to supplement my Jiu Jitsu. The transfer is great and the lay out of the instructional makes it easy to come back to as a resource.
